Location: Chichester
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent / Flexible Hours
We’re a well-established, family-run business in the construction and waste management industry, and due to continued growth, we’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our friendly team.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Managing phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Sales Administration
- Coordinating job bookings, deliveries, and schedules
- Processing invoices, orders, and paperwork
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance tasks
- Providing admin support to management and site teams
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- A great communicator and team player
- Confident using Microsoft Office and admin systems
