                        Area Manager Childcare – Bristol Region
We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of childcare settings across the Bristol area. You’ll be responsible for leading and developing your teams, ensuring the highest standards of care and education, and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, support and inspire nursery managers to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
- Oversee compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards.
- Drive operational performance, including occupancy, staffing, and budgets.
- Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Deliver on business growth and quality improvement targets across your region.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven multi-site management experience within childcare, education, or a similar people-focused sector.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Solid knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS, and Ofsted requirements.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance quality and performance.
- Flexible, organised, and able to travel across the Bristol area
