A respected and growing law firm based in the Portsmouth area is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Residential Property department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion


• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases


• Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters


• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties


• Delivering high standards of client care and maintaining strong client relationships


• Ensuring files are managed efficiently and compliantly

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing


• Ability to manage files independently


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness


• Team-oriented with a proactive approach
