The Role:
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team. This is a role for a true hunter — someone who loves closing deals, building relationships, and taking ownership of their results.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate new clients and maximise revenue within your territory
- Conduct sales tours and convert prospects into customers
- Build relationships with business clients, brokers, and partners
- Host networking and promotional events to drive new business
- Deliver and exceed KPIs and sales targets
